Our team was responsible for the complete visual and UX/UI design cycle of the product. We started with a logo update and developed a fresh, sporty brand identity that speaks to active users. Based on UX research, we designed an intuitive user flow that simplifies the entire journey — from registration to forming a team.

We created a conversion-oriented interface, with a clear focus on motivating users to subscribe after registration. The design strategically limits access to certain features until sign-up, while already showing the platform’s value upfront. The interface is fully mobile-adapted, and we built a systematized UI component library to ensure consistency and scalability.

The result: a clean, modern, and easy-to-use sports platform designed to drive engagement, increase loyalty, and convert traffic into active players — all without writing a single line of code ourselves.
